WW2, British, 'Officers Field Kit'; Wash stand.
The wash stand consists of a wooden and steel frame with interchangeable wash basin and bath.
The frame had the addition of a 7 inch folding towel bar and a 'soap pocket' to the inner surface of the wash basin.
This example comes as a matching set, all stamped with the same numbers and would enhance any WW2 camp or vintage display.
British Army commissioned officers of most infantry regiments formerly carried swagger sticks (described as canes) when on duty, whilst warrant officers and senior NCOs carried pace sticks instead.
This example is of the more common leather covers body and is priced to reflect condition.
