WW2 American made TL-122-A Torch.

This is one of a variety of torches used by British and Commonwealth forces during WW2.

The pre-focussed, right-angled, two battered ‘A’ model was originally made before the war from brass and later steel, the ‘B’ plastic bodied model came into service after November 1943.

Much associated with Airborne and Special Operations these early ‘A’ type models are now becoming harder to find.
